Meet Our Team
Todd started in the housing business in October 2005 as a Certified Home Inspector. In January 2008, Todd was introduced to the home renovation rebate program and quickly found his real passion. Since then, he has helped over 5,500 homeowners make their houses more energy efficient as a Registered Energy Advisor.
Todd is so enamoured by the industry and the ability to help clients reduce their reliance on fossil fuels, making their houses more comfortable and more energy efficient. While doing this, Todd understands that every home and homeowner is different. He will work with you to create a specific home renovation plan that meets YOUR needs.
Jenn began working in the customer service industry back in 2008 and became a member of the EnergyWerx team in 2018. Since then, Jenn has developed great interest in obtaining knowledge of energy efficiency and the Home Renovation Rebate Program while prioritizing the administrative growth of the company.
As a customer service coordinator, Jenn connects clients with our certified energy advisors and guides our clients in the right direction so that they may qualify for the rebates they deserve.
Phil began working as a certified energy advisor back in 2007, and was introduced to the home renovation rebate program and Energy Werx in 2018. Since then, he has prioritized energy efficiency and has completed approximately 4000 energy evaluations over the course of the last 11 years.
Given his knowledge and passion for the energy savings industry, Phil believes that “the best part of the job is the feedback he receives when homeowners feel the difference in comfort and savings”.
Mike started doing home inspections back in 2013. Mike has always enjoyed being a part of the building industry in some format. In 2017, Mike was introduced to Todd Downey and took on air sealing as an additional service to his home inspection business as it relates to the Home Renovation Rebate Program while continuing towards his energy advisor certification.
