Project Description

Energy Audits Guelph

If you live in the Guelph area, and are looking to make your home more energy efficient, you could qualify to receive thousands of dollars in energy rebates while at the same time lowering your electric bill.

In 2017, the Ontario Government announced that they will be offering rebates to owners of detached, semi-detached, row or mobile homes who choose to make their homes more energy efficient.

To access Ontario Energy Rebates, homeowners work with an approved Ontario energy advisor, like Energy Werx. We conduct home energy audits and advise homeowners on rebates they may qualify for and the projects that would be best to reduce their energy consumption. We use infrared cameras, check for air leaks, complete blower door test, and more as part of our testing. When the work is complete, a follow up evaluation is done.

2019 Ontario Energy Rebates are available for the following:

  • Insulation upgrades
  • Air sealing improvements
  • Window, door and skylight replacements
  • Furnace / boiler replacement
  • … and much more!

The Ontario energy rebate program is designed to make it easy and more affordable for Guelph homeowners to make environmentally-friendly choices for all their home improvements. The rebates are being offered to Ontario residents through Union Gas and Enbridge, IESO and the Green Ontario Fund.
